I am Kirill.
I have lived in Vancouver since September of 2006, after I was sent to attend a boarding school for international students for 2 years, and then got into a university for a Business Administration program, from which I graduated in 2010 and decided to stay in Canada to pursue a better and more sincere life.
Simple Vancouver is a Vancouver blog started in November, 2012 with the purpose of sharing my experience in settling in Vancouver. Its initial purpose was to share my experience with the DIY immigration applications, but later got converted to a dual purpose, exploration + immigration and a frugal lifestyle through once-in-a-lifetime experiences versus obtaining things you don’t really like or need. I sincerely hope that it will be an assistance to others in situations similar to mine.
I am not a lawyer or an immigration consultant. I am just a guy who believes in helping people, being kind to people, and bringing people together.
I will be happy to answer any questions and help as much as possible. Yes, I can point you to the right person, agency or website. No, I will not be your kid’s guardian.
